Pricing questions answered
How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping cost is based on the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight (length x width x height in cm divided by 5,000). The origin and destination zone, service type, and any applicable fuel surcharges are then applied on top.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We show the full price including fuel surcharges before you confirm your booking. The only additional charges that may apply are customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country, which are outside our control.
Can I get a volume discount?
Yes. Business and Enterprise plans include volume-based pricing. The more you ship, the lower your per-shipment cost. Contact our sales team to discuss your volume and get a tailored rate card.
How do I get a refund if delivery fails?
If a shipment is lost or a guaranteed delivery is missed, you can file a claim through your portal. Claims are typically resolved within 5 business days. Insured shipments receive full declared value reimbursement.
Do you offer credit terms for businesses?
Yes. Enterprise customers can access net-30 or net-60 payment terms with monthly consolidated invoicing. Contact our sales team to apply for a credit account.
