By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We are registered in Nigeria under registration number RC 1234567. Our registered office is at 14 Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria.

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, password, and company name when you register.
  • Shipment data: sender and recipient addresses, parcel dimensions and weight, package contents descriptions, and tracking information.
  • Payment information: billing address and payment method details (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store card numbers).
  • Communications: messages sent to our support team and feedback you provide.

We also collect information automatically, including:

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent, and actions taken within our platform.
  • Device information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Location data: approximate location derived from IP address; precise location only with your explicit consent on mobile devices.
  • Cookies and tracking technologies: as described in Section 8 below.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our logistics platform and services
  • Process your shipments, payments, and returns
  • Send transactional emails, tracking notifications, and delivery updates
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and customer support requests
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities
  • Analyse usage patterns to improve our services and user experience
  • Send marketing communications where you have consented or where we have a legitimate interest
  • Comply with legal obligations, including customs and export control requirements

4. Sharing Your Information

We share your personal information with:

  • Carriers and logistics partners: necessary shipment data is shared with the carriers, customs authorities, and last-mile providers required to fulfil your shipment.
  • Payment processors: Stripe processes your payment data under their own privacy policy.
  • Service providers: cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery, and fraud detection vendors who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, including customs and export authorities.
  • Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale, personal data may be transferred. We will notify you of any such change.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. International Transfers

By nature of global logistics, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country.

For transfers from the European Economic Area (EEA) to third countries, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. For UK data subjects, we apply the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA). All international transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and for legitimate business and legal purposes:

  • Account data: retained for the duration of your account and for 3 years after closure
  • Shipment records: retained for 7 years for customs, tax, and legal compliance purposes
  • Payment records: retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance
  • Marketing preferences: retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to erasure: request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing
  • Right to restrict processing: request that we limit the processing of your data in certain circumstances

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including TLS encryption for all data in transit, AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, role-based access controls, regular security audits, and a dedicated security team monitoring for threats 24/7.

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours and affected individuals without undue delay.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
